For Flaminia, cooking has always been about sharing authentic Roman heritage and the simple joy of a family meal. After years of culinary training and professional cooking in Italy, she brought those traditional recipes to Idaho Falls.

She worked as a chef in famous restaurants all across Rome, from the city center to a beachside kitchen. She also catered weddings and events in the beautiful countryside outside the city.

When she moved to the United States in 2019, with her husband Marco, she kept her dream of an Italian restaurant alive. In Idaho Falls, that dream became a reality with Mama Fla Authentic Italian Cuisine.
